I had an excellent experience here for my son’s eye exam. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, made small talk and jokes, providing an overall welcoming atmosphere. The wait time was short, and we were never left alone for long to wait for the next step of the process. Dr. Buster and her staff have a great thing going!
The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and i feel like im being listed to when it comes to the doctors. Where I live there's not any good places to go to so when I tried Complete Eye Care i was impressed by how friendly they were. Not to mention how patient they were when it came to picking out glasses. Both it's old location and the new one are also very clean. Honestly this is best optometry I've been to, and I was able to convince my family to come by as well.
Technician was amazing. The eye doctor made me feel like a terrible parent and tried to convince me that my kids vision was related to "watching and I pad" . My kids dont sit in front of a screen non stop! Then they tried to sale a 875 lens which was not necessary. Never again. Moving forward ill go where I take my other child who has the exact vision problems that developed at the age of 18 months from apparently "chronic i pad use". I also had an exam and my exam was covered yet was told my vision benefits weren't good until June. Make it make sense. The technician offered to call my insurance and was super helpful but how is my exam covered yet I cant get contacts for 2 more months?
The staff is exceptional at communicating and very kind. The bedside manner of the Dr. was very professional and thorough. I would recommend this business to anyone.
The receptionist staff is amazing, our doctor was amazing and really helpful for me and my kiddo. Would definitely recommend using them for any of your eye care needs.
