Dr. Cassar is very knowledgeable—like super-nerd knowledgeable—and clearly loves his craft and wants to use his immense knowledge to help people understand eye health and provide them with solutions tailored to their needs and lifestyle. He's exceptionally thorough. The assistants and office associates are friendly and helpful, patiently bearing with my many questions and requests for further clarification or information. In general, the office atmosphere is pleasant and intimate. It feels like a family operation rather than a business interested in processing clients as quickly as possible. My wife and I have had only good experiences here. For instance, they quickly switched out her progressive lenses when just a few days in she decided to upgrade to the next tier because her initial choice proved inadequate. We both would recommend Complete Eye Health to anyone who wants a truly comprehensive approach to eye health and care.

My first time at Dr. Casser’s office was a super nice experience. Dr . Casser was very gracious and it took him no time at all to work out exactly what I needed. All the young ladies in the office had good senses of humor and knew what they were doing. By the time I left the office, I felt like they were family. Sad that I don’t need to go back until next year!

This office has the best employees from the front desk all the way to the doctor. They treat you with respect, honesty, friendliness, and professionalism always. The yearly exam is thorough and leaves you feeling confident about your eye health. Their prescriptions are always spot on and they are so helpful if there ever is any issue at all. They carry solid high quality frames. All around I am impressed. I would highly recommend Complete Eye Health to every person in my life- children all the way to grandparents.

We’ve had such excellent experiences at Complete Eye Health in Holland! I accompanied my 85-year-old father, who has dementia, and from the moment we arrived we were treated with genuine kindness and patience. Dr. Cassar was incredibly patient, informative, and so personable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made my dad feel comfortable and respected throughout the appointment—something that truly means a lot when caring for an elderly parent. Bethany was equally wonderful. She was also patient, attentive, and really went above and beyond to help us, never making us feel rushed and always treating us with warmth and understanding. It’s rare to find a medical office where both the clinical care and the human kindness are this exceptional. We are so grateful and highly recommend Complete Eye Health.

I have had a great time with Dr. Kevin and his dedicated and professional team. They dedicated me time, guiding me along the exam and understanding the amazing gift we have in our Eyes and vision. I felt supported, guided and especially advised, in what to do to care for my eyes and keep my vision heathy, until it is possible.
