Went in for an eye exam. The glasses arrived and they immediately felt wrong to look through. My vision was more fuzzy and it just wasn't the right prescription. The manager convinced me to try out the get glasses to see if I could get used to them. In the meantime. Victor, the manager scheduled a second eye exam so I could get the right prescription free of charge. The optometrist was regretful and work double time to make sure that I got the right prescriptions. I could see she was really thinking. She also said her mind was running at a million miles a minute trying to figure out what of the 150 lenses might work best for my eyes. I also brought a copy of my previous eye exam prescription to use as a starting point because the first prescriptions were so wrong. These are different prescriptions and they are better! I have a really bad retinal attachment and with these glasses there is much more light coming into my eye which makes everything just looks so much more vivid. This new prescription was only possible because of this practice's care to making sure their customer can see. Thank you. I could not be more happy! Also an eye exam plus imaging is $90. I got two pairs of glasses and the $90 eye exam for $117. The frames look cheap but they fit perfect. Staff are nice and helpful - 24 hours after the glasses and my eyes are less fatigued at the end of the day. Making time I spend at home after a long day of easier.
