Did not see nor request CT scans from the hospital prior to my referral appointment. Having to get a second opinion because I don’t trust that I was properly taken care of. I will be calling Monday to see why this wasn’t done. The day of the appointment I had asked the doctor if he had seen the scans and he said no, he was just going based off the description sent over to him? That doesn’t even sound right especially for something of this nature. I spoke with Sherry and she was rude and would not ask the doctor why the scans weren’t looked at prior to my visit, or during. The doctor decided to review the scans after I called asking about it. Stop harassing me for payment because I’m not paying for a mediocre exam.
Dr. Bast was extremely personable and chose a route that would not mean surgery, which was a relief. He gave me samples to try before I had to pay for a drug prescription. Friendly staff, also.
I am really impressed. Competent, super friendly staff. I came with my German prescription and needed a new pair of glasses as a replacement quickly. Everyone tried very hard to support me and to have the glasses ready in time for my onward journey. Everything went well. Promises kept, top-notch glasses and everyone really friendly. I would be happy to come back anytime.
Doctor Huffman and his staff stayed late on a Friday to get concrete out of my eye. It would’ve been a miserable weekend but they saved the day. Very appreciative of them and thankful for their kindness. Great group of people!
