Dr. Carolyn Van and her staff were great and worked with me through several issues with insurance. I ended up dumping the insurance but stuck with Dr. Carolyn and was glad I did! I got the scripts I needed and was able to order from 1-800 Contacts and Warby Parker all without a Costco membership.
Dr. Van was amazing, absolutely went the extra mile to make sure that my contacts were the best fit they could be. She definitely could have said “good enough” and stopped, but clearly takes a lot of pride in her work and makes sure that I got the perfect fit. Couldn’t ask for better treatment in a million years!
Dr. Van is the BEST. She is most kind and thorough eye doctor I’ve ever been too. Always so helpful about explaining everything. Her and her staff are wonderful. They even managed to squeeze me in today for an emergency. Seriously, don’t go anywhere else!
Its rare that i find a place and stick to it, but my eye doctor is the one doctor that (no pun intended) but i will always see 😅- they are always soo sweet, informative, and they are all so patient- even when you are mixed up with following the directions, they kindly keep guiding you. I feel like I walk out with more patience & kinder even 🙃 they are truly 10 outta 5 stars here 🌟 🤓
Dr. Van Is by far the best Optomitrist I’ve seen. She is extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and extremely caring.❤️ Her staff is also kind and patient. I’m never going to another optomitrist again.
