Great experience with Gabby. She is friendly, professional, personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. She did such a good job helping me to control costs that I was able to buy another pair of glasses.
I scheduled an appointment for my son and was told ahead of time that his insurance was accepted. However, just a couple hours before the appointment, I received a call saying they could not locate his insurance provider. I’ve since spoken directly with the insurance company, and they confirmed that coverage is active, so I’m not sure where the disconnect is. This was very frustrating, especially with such short notice, and it disrupted our plans for the day. I would recommend verifying insurance details much earlier to avoid situations like this for other families.
The experience was exceptional and professional from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. I loved Dr. Lewis and her knowledge on what I've been experiencing personally and her professional advice and to take the cake, Caden was amazing fitting my glasses and explaining what I would experience transitioning to everyday glasses and being very realistic that it wouldn't be an easy transition but they would be there to help. 10/10 recommend
The workers and the doctor were great! The young lady who waited on me was awesome. Helped me get the best deals on both my glasses. I highly recommend them. Easy to schedule an appointment and did my paperwork on line before my appointment.
The young lady Lauryn always is very friendly, kind and listen to my needs. She gives suggestions on glasses that would fit me and my personality.
