Dr Crossland and her staff are excellent at what they do-through each step of my thorough eye exam everyone clearly explained what they were testing and their findings. Dr Crossland clearly and comprehensively communicated the results of my exam. As a result I was empowered with the right information regarding my eyes. Everyone was so nice from the moment we walked in and I really appreciated the Optician taking her time to check my boys’s insurance benefits and work with us on the financials. They had a great selection of frames to choose from, our visit was quick & efficient and we can’t wait to pick up our frames when they arrive!

I used to go to Costco to buy glasses. This time I decided to support a locally owned business so I asked some friends and they suggested Complets Vision Center. When I walked through the doors I knew I was in the right place. Very calm and profesional setting without dozens of people clamoring through all the eyeglass displays. I was greeted instantly and was asked how they could help. I told the employee exactly what I was looking for (durable glasses with wide lenses to fit my above average sized head) and she showed me 3 brands that she felt would work best. I didn't feel like she was trying to up sell me at all. She showed me the brands and explained why she recommended them based on my needs. I ended up buying 2 pairs of glasses (mainly because the 2nd pair was 40% off) and I was in and out within 25 minutes. Very professional and relaxing experience.
