Concord Family Vision

Ashley helped my husband with his glasses and she was FANTASTIC!! She took the time to explain to us how the different lenses work and what makes them important. He finally has glasses that he loves and feels confident in and he can really see well. Truly the best experience we have had at a doctors office! The front reception was extremely kind and helpful through the whole process check in and out. Dr. Martin took her time and really made us feel comfortable. 10/10 experience and I cannot wait to come back for myself in the future.

Went in today, for a new pair of glasses, the gentleman that help me was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and overall great person!! The whole staff greeted we with a smile and thanked me for stopping in. I also brought in a pair of my dad’s glasses that needed repairing. He took the time to repair them and he did a great job fixing them!! I will be going back there for my next pair of glasses! Thank you!!!

Ashley was so nice and helpful. I always think I look so ugly in glasses and she was able to find me some that made me feel pretty! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone due to her unmatched customer service!

Tiffany was really sweet with my mom because she’s half deaf and couldn’t hear half of what she was saying. When she got her glasses the lady was very patient with my mom. I know she’s difficult when picking things out. Also dr Martin was very nice. Lots of nice ladies here.
