I think the staff is very well educated and they take the time and talk to you and explain everything. I’ve been going here for years and I’ve never had a problem. In fact when my eyes started going bad she definitely referred me for someone else and I’m happy she did cause we caught it early… So I’m definitely giving them a five star review because of how thorough they are☘️

my experience with the Madison office and Katherine, 'Kate' specifically has been wonderful. I always receive prompt and attentive customer service from Madison Eye Care, Kate is the most recent example. Louis, is great also, however, he is on the back-end. Kate handles all requests with a joyful intention to help and she is very communicative and honest. There is a motto that goes something like this....'sales through customer service...' Kate embodies that motto and I will always use Madison Eye Care and Dr. Diaz.

I hate writing negative reviews. This office is unhelpful over the phone, leaving voicemails trying to get in touch with you and then never returning your calls. Not to mention, the staff don’t communicate, because one person will tell you one thing, and then another a completely different thing. They are not workable in terms of getting prescriptions available to you. I had ran out of contacts and needed to order more, but was rejected because my prescription was “outdated.” I had to make an appointment 3 weeks out before I could place an order. They wouldn’t give me trial lenses to hold me over. I even ordered contacts from a third-party company, and this eye dr told them they couldn’t sell to me because my prescription was out of date. Fast forward to my contact appointment, where my prescription doesn’t change. I then ordered contacts through the office because I was in desperate need. They charged me $170 for a 3-month supply. 1-800 Contacts charges $85, when not offering discounts, for a 3-month supply. That is highway robbery. Not to mention, I had a glasses prescription that was up to date, because I had had an eye appointment less than a year before. There is nothing different they do at a contact appointment vs. a regular eye exam, except the $70 fee. This place is a waste of money and time. They’d rather leave you struggling to see to take more of your money than work with you to achieve a short term solution.

Made an appointment with eye Doc based on when my glasses were ready. I was told i could pick them up. A trip to the Madison location found the door locked store was dark and nobody to answering the phone. Poor business that is going to cost me money as i must pay for my eye visit.

Dr. Diaz is knowledgeable, caring and competent. She takes time to listen to and help her patients - I’ve never felt rushed or unheard. The care she’s given me has improved my quality of life immensely. Highly recommend.
