I moved to CT three years ago. I noticed Madison Optical one day, and I decided to purchase glasses there. Their selection is great, and Patrick and his wife are amazing. They spent so much time with me looking for the right pair of glasses, for which I’ve received numerous compliments. Their service is excellent, and I have never had to wait long to get my glasses repaired. I would highly recommend Madison Optical!
I have been to many different optical shops over the years and this has been by far my best experience. Patrick was extremely helpful in guiding me towards the perfect pair of glasses for me. Then, my new pair of glasses came within a week just like he estimated, and I was notified with a text that they were ready for pick up. After wearing them for a few days my new transition lenses were bothering me so I went back to have the fit checked. Patrick was very understanding and listened to my concerns. He tweaked my frames and reviewed the way transition lenses work to make me more comfortable. Overall, a great experience and I highly recommend giving them a try.
Madison Optical isn't close to home for me, but I took the trip for their advertised selection of frames, and I'm so glad I did! There was a wide variety of men's and women's frames from many designers that one wouldn't find at a typical optician's. The service was awesome, and Patrick and his staff were so personable, which made me feel welcome. After selecting a frame, I was notified that my lenses came in the next day, and I was measured and the lenses were fitted on the spot. I wouldn't hesitate to come back to Madison Optical in the future!
Great shop to work with. They were so helpful, kind and flexible. Glasses were ready the next day! I really appreciated working with them and my new glasses are so much better! It’s hard to find a place these days that is so nice and customer service focused. Thank you for the great experience!
I have purchased my last 6 pairs of glasses at Madison Optical. For a small shop, they have a great selection of eyewear to choose from. Most importantly their customer service is exceptional. Patrick and Tara are really great people and care that you are more than satisfied. I have gone back in several times over the years for adjustments on my glasses and they take care of me right away and they have never charged me for these adjustments. I won't go anywhere else.
