Had an AMAZING experience with Dr Julie and the fellow staff. I came in feeling like this was an appointment however the experience they gave me I felt like a family member coming in to say hi. There is a precious dog there and it has a contagious cuteness smile to it so if you are a dog lover, I would highly forewarn you. 😂🫶🏻. The dog is Boba and occasionally has outfits on. I got my glasses in a timely manner. Vision is superb. I am to make better line calls in my pickleball recreational games along with safely driving at night. If I could rate this place 10 out of 5 stars I would.

I went in because I thought I either had pink eye or a scratched cornea. It was my first time with Dr. Ngo and she is the best. She prescribed me some eye drops to heal my issue and it was healed so quickly. She took the time to understand what my issues were and examine my eye. Will definitely be back! Definitely recommend anyone seeing her if you need a great eye doctor in North Texas.

Constant Eye Care is fantastic! The staff is incredibly welcoming, and Dr. Ngo is both friendly and knowledgeable. They made the entire process smooth and easy, especially when it came to handling my insurance. Highly recommend if you want a hassle-free experience with a team that truly cares!

It's been awhile for me in getting Optometry care, and I'm glad that I choose this facility to start. The receptionist were very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient in answering my questions. They made the process very seamless. Dr. Julie Ngo did an amazing job in explaining my eye health, and made me very comfortable in the know-how in preventative care. I am definitely coming back, and I would recommend this place 100 times over. Even if you're shopping around, definitely stop by and ask the questions you need. Someone will definitely help you. Thanks guys!

I had my first appointment yesterday and the experience was outstanding. I was treated with great attention, professionalism, and respect. The doctor is incredibly professional and genuinely sweet in the way she interacts, which made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. Everything was clear and handled with care. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them
