Contacts & Glasses – Ronda Morreale OD

I’ve seen Dr. Morreale for years! I had a health issue, last year, that affected my vision. I saw two ophthalmologists and neither helped my sight. I saw her today and, as always, she was extremely patient, listened carefully, and answered my many questions. This is the first time I’ve been able to see her in over a year! I appreciate her and the friendly, considerate staff. I wish I saw her instead of the other guys! What a waste of my time and money. I wasn’t thinking clearly or I would’ve managed to visit her office. It was the only year that I didn’t schedule an appointment with her and I paid dearly for it! I can see very well today!! Thank you, Doctor Morreale and staff!! ☺️

I can’t recommend enough! The DR was incredibly kind, but the true shining star was Donna. She is the woman working in the frames section of the office. She was kind, helpful, and made my whole day. We need more Donna’s in this world!! We will be recommending them to everyone!!

Had an appointment at 4:00 PM and arrived on time, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The reception staff could have been more friendly and communicative. After waiting 10 minutes, we asked about the delay and were told “just 5 more minutes,” but ended up waiting over 30 minutes with no updates, no explanation, and no apology. It was especially frustrating since I was there with two children, and no one acknowledged the delay or showed any consideration. Later it became clear that another patient was taken before us, again without any communication or apology. Overall, this felt very unprofessional and disrespectful of patients’ time. We will not be returning.

I had an incredibly disappointing and unprofessional experience at this location. I would give zero stars if possible. Despite having an appointment, the service was chaotic and the staff was rude. The doctor was dismissive of my concerns and, most disturbingly, made discriminatory remarks, mockingly asking if I was from China and laughing about not looking at my name. And I’m not Chinese. Regarding the medical care: it was negligent. They administered dilation drops but never actually performed the follow-up exam to check my eyes once they were dilated. Instead, once they realized I wasn't purchasing frames—since my insurance didn't cover them and I didn't find a pair I liked—they abruptly ended the appointment and told me to leave. My eyes were left dilated and uncomfortable without a proper finished exam. I will never return and do not recommend this place to anyone seeking professional or respectful care.

Wonderful experience at this business. They went above and beyond to help us get glasses for my husband. Thank you for the excellent customer service and competitive pricing. Highly recommend!!
