Simply See

My contact lense split in half and I had to go to the ER to get it removed. NO PLACE AROUND WOULD TAKE AN EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT.My contacts prescription was expired and my glasses broke. That was my last pair. I’m declared legally blind by the state of Florida.Everyone around kept telling me they had openings within 2 or 3 weeks or so. Ms.Naomi understood my issue and took it above and beyond to prioritize it. She took me in as a priory appointment.She was extremely lovely and squeezed me in with a few hours. Dr. Cortez was amazing and was very kind and respectful.He made sure I was well taken care of. So did his staff Mr. Issac & Mr.Jose they both helped me throughout the whole appointment,. I felt extremely happy and welcomed. I appreciate the hospitality. I also was given backpacks for my son and my nephew to go back to school, full of supplies needed for the new year. Honestly I’m grateful for them to take my issue aa a priority, I’ll forever be grateful!!! 1000000000/10 Best customer service ever💯

Excellent service, great for families! Comfortable and clean little place, we were treated very well by the polite doctor and staff, who answered all our questions and were very accommodating, and the selection of frames was great. Easy and smooth experience. My exam was very relaxing, the doctor is patient and calm. They are fantastic with kids too, the doctor seems to have a way with kids and adults both. We felt very well taken care of while waiting in the little lobby area too, like concierge at a nice hotel complete with a coffee/tea station for, what I felt like, guests! Highly, highly recommended to anyone in the area, and I would say it's worth the drive if you're from out of the area, too. Thanks, Simply See doctor and staff.

I truly love this place. When you think of the "eye doctor" or any appointment for that matter you dont expect to be so fascinated while in there. Ive now been twice, once for my 13yo son and today for myself. Both were great experiences. There's so much to look at on the walls, between the pictures of the doctors mission trips and the decor, its all beautiful. Everyone is very kind and welcoming and more than willing to help you! Another huge plus is the ease of booking appointments. Online booking is SO easy and I do not fear having to wait months or even weeks to get in! They're very thorough with their confirmation text as well and even a human calls you the day before. I mention this because many places now have automated calls and while filling out the online registration (sent the day before) I received my confirmation call. That was perfect timing because I had a question about one of the consents and what insurance covered so she was able to answer my questions on the spot. Yes, I love the passion behind the doctor and the stories on the walls. Yes, I love the artsy look to it all. But, I really appreciate the family feel when I walk thru the door! I highly recommend Simply See. I also want to add that the level of professionalism is top notch. 🙏⭐️👓👀

5 star experience. If you don’t want to deal with the over saturated franchise providers, Simply See is the place for you. I wanted a personal experience where you aren’t just a number and I got just that. My first experience was a phone call to Simply See with a few questions after booking my appointment online (great feature). Isaac took my call. I was greeted with a welcoming voice and great customer service. At the appointment I felt heard and in good hands. Dr. Lewis and his staff were all great. Dr. Lewis answered all of my questions and talked through the “why” of my prescription (I’ve never had to wear glasses, but with recent vision changes I knew I’d be getting some at this visit). Sam helped me with the portion of the visit where I picked frames and got fitted. She was very sweet and hyped up my new frames (thanks girl). My glasses were ready in a timely manner. The frame and lenses I got are perfect. I plan on retuning to Simply See for my annual check ups and for any new frames in the future. **Side note: I do not have any kids, however, I saw how his staff interacted with a minor patient and I would absolutely refer anyone I knew with young kids to Dr. Lewis for an exam. Thank you Simply See!

Great until today. In the morning they threatened to cancel my appointment if I didn't contact them by 12 noon for my 3:30 appointment. Then there was trouble with the app to fill out form and people tried to help since it kept erasing my information. Finally, the Doctor came out and said "Do you want to fill out the form or not?" I tried to tell him about the problems with the form and he said that's all we have. I left work early to get to this appointment but it took over 15 minutes to deal with form. The Doctor told me he didn't want me there so I left. An elderly couple was also having the same trouble but I got the attitude. Terrible experience.
