I was treated immediately at my appointment time. Dr Bosanko took the time to explain the results of the tests and did not leave the room until he was convinced I understood and had no other questions. I am grateful to have Cumberland Eye care in Crossville
These guys are awesome! I almost took out their front door with my double stroller and they still handled my kid like a rockstar. I was able to get an appointment the same day, I was in and out in less than an hour, it was just a great appointment all the way around. The girls up front are super sweet and helpful, and it’s literally spotless in there. I live in Sparta and I’ll gladly make the drive to come see these guys anytime!
The optical team is outstanding! Very kind, knowledgeable and so helpful. I have gone into the office a couple of times to get glasses adjusted and the team always greets me with a smile and they adjust my glasses perfectly!
Would definitely recommend. Receptionist was persistent in tracking down my insurance. All other staff very nice. Thorough examination. I do wish they offered more brands of glasses. Other than that, top notch service.
The doctors and staff are phenomenal! Dr Peek has been the first and only doctor to be able to diagnose a problem I've been having in my eye for years! Everyone is friendly, patient and NEVER pushy about buying glasses from them. I highly recommend them.
