I was really concerned about finding a good eye care provider after our move to Crossville. Wow, what a great find. The staff and service are absolutely top notch! Very, very impressed and pleased. Added bonus is that they have an office here in Fairfield Glade.

Great clinic. Friendly and helpful staff. After a few tests and conversations I have a clear sense of all my choices. What is covered by Medicare and what would be an extra cost. I feel confident I will be having my cataract surgery with them.

My cataract pre-op exam was extremely thorough; every aspect of the surgery itself was clearly explained; my options for each type of procedure were detailed, as were the expected/desired outcomes; my insurance coverage for each option was explained in detail; opportunity for questions was given at each stage of my visit (tech exams, surgical options, doctor’s exam) as was welcomed assurance on the part of Dr. Galloway and his staff for my care and comfort during the surgery. This has been the excellent standard of care during my eight years as a patient of Dr. Galloway/Cumberland Eye Care and all of the staff. They are all highly skilled at what they do, but above all, they put patients first.

I had been seeing a corneal specialist for several years; driving back and forth to Knoxville, then the dreaded HOURS of waiting. When discharged from his very good care, my husband and I decided to give CEC a try, more for convenience. I was very pleasantly surprised at their efficiency and very professional care. And thats just the front desk personnel! Jackie patiently did my refraction, which you know can be nerve wracking if you are rushed through it! She reviewed my personal history which I had not very thoroughly filled out. She was just great. Dr. Bosanko had examined my husband who had vision problems post bypass surgery, and he was spot-on with the problem and the healing process. He explained my own vision problems and questions in detail. We are relieved and thankful to have found this very kind and experienced group!

The technicians are very friendly and very patient with me as was Dr. Dennaro. The Dr answered all my questions and explained in a way that I understood. It was a very good experience and I highly recommend this practice.
