He’s helped me pick out every pair of glasses I’ve ever owned, and he never pushes you into something you don’t love. Their selection is incredible and includes many of the latest and most sought-after styles. Inna made the experience even better. She took the time to really listen to what I liked and didn’t like, and her recommendations were always spot on. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair, even modeling frames for me so I could get a better sense of how they looked. Between the amazing Chanel selection and Inna’s personalized experience, this was one of the best sunglasses shopping experiences I’ve had.

I went looking for Ovvo Optics frames and happened to discover CoolFrames in Old Bridge — what a great experience. The staff was incredibly patient while I tried on many pairs until I found the perfect one. No rush, no pressure, just great service. My girlfriend Yana wasn’t even planning to buy glasses, but while browsing she fell in love with a beautiful Face à Face frame from France. A big thank you to Inna, who did an amazing job helping her find the perfect pair. We also met Nick, Anastasia, and the owner Leo, and everyone was friendly and welcoming.
