I just had my eyes checked and examined for a new prescription for lenses and to take some tests on my eyes to make sure that I did not have cataracts or other eye problems and was greeted with a very friendly staff that helped to make my experience with this business very helpful and informative. Dr. Mary Jane Dacus is an excellent Optometrist and very caring and compassionate for her patients. She explained the condition of my eyes and provided professional service to get the correct lenses for my glasses. I also saw Linda Arnold, the lead Optician who helped me with adjusting my frames and ordering my new lenses. She was very kind and thoughtful and helpful in every way to provide the best service to help me with the purchase of these lenses. I also saw Gale Knight, the Optical Tech who explained the details of my lenses and the cost and helped with the insurance to be filed. She did an amazing job describing the details and the cost for the new lenses. Before I left I had the pleasure to thank the manager, Juwanna Johson, and expressed my sincere appreciation for the staff at this vision center. Meleesha Jones helped with the eye exam and was very attentive and caring while checking my eyes with the tests that were provided. As I left I thanked the thoughtful and caring check in staff member, Kynnadi Malone for her patience and understanding while I filled out the information for my appointment. She is very kind and thoughtful and professional at her job. I highly recommend Cordova Vision for your eye care needs as the people at this location are knowledgeable, caring, and professional to provide the best service and care for your eyes.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. For almost 20 years, I had loved coming here, and I still love the retired Dr. Luanne Cox and the still-working Dr. Mary Jane Dacus. This time, I saw Allison Moore, and she was nice enough, and I’m sure she’s very smart; however, my visit was completely overshadowed by the fact that it now costs significantly more, and I was not informed of these changes. I was suggested to try some new contact lenses, and I would be given a trial. I have always received a trial… it had always been free. This time it was 100 dollars…. I was not informed of this…. For one pair of contacts… 100 dollars…. I get to the counter to pay and learn that I owe just over 200 dollars for the visit. I say, "Uhhhh, I paid 90 last time." I get told that maybe my insurance changed, and that I have weird insurance, and if something is wrong, I will get a refund. After I called my insurance, I learned that nothing had changed: the $200 was for the visit alone, and my insurance covered the trial pair, but that trial pair was taken out of my 300-dollar insurance coverage for contacts. So now I can only get 6 months of contacts because that dang trial pair that I would neverrrrrr have agreed to if I had known. The moral of the story: the business has changed. You need to ask up front before coming back for your visit, because you’ll walk in and see Cordova vision, then miss the fine print that says, “hey, everything is significantly more expensive, and we won’t say that to your face, and we will try to upsell you now too.” As someone who literally can’t live life without the assistance of the eye Dr. I feel really taken advantage of.
Great experience! Dr. Moore took her time and thoroughly explained everything she was doing during my eye exam. I had my wife make an appointment with Dr. Alison Moore after my follow-up. I ordered a years worth of daily contacts and glasses. Very satisfied.
RUDE! I COULDN'T EVEN GET PAST THE PHONE CALL WITH THIS WOMAN. SHE PUT ME ON A LONG HOLD AND THEN SHE WAS RUDE WHEN SHE CAME BACK. NOT A GOOD WAY TO GET NEW BUSINESS... I'LL JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
Beth Mills did my did an amazing on both pair of my glasses. She has impeccable customer service, extremely knowledgeable, professional, and informative. Will definitely continue to go there for all of my vision needs
