I don’t write reviews often, but this one was worth taking the time to write. Cornerstone is a beautiful, clean, and welcoming location. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist and entire staff were friendly, professional, and very efficient. Dr. Keller took his time with me, was thorough, and made sure all my questions were answered. I never felt rushed, and the overall experience was excellent. I truly appreciated how smooth and positive the visit was from start to finish.

I have been treating with optometrists for the past 40 years and I have never came across an optometrist as thorough as Dr. Keller. He explains everything that he will do/is doing and answers all questions with regard to the eyesight no matter how dumb you think the question is. He does a thorough diabetic exam and keeps you informed of all the procedures he is doing/will do. Thank you Dr. Keller for caring about your patients 🤗.
I went in for my first appointment, just a routine eye exam. I had brought both my boys because I’m a single mom and don’t have many options for baby sitting.. my boys were being fussy, it was nap time for them. However, I was trying to console both of them and fill out paper work, right before I was about to finish Dr Steven came out and said “I’m really sorry but I’m going to have to ask you to leave”, I said okay, I got up, made a new appointment and left. This time I made sure to have baby sitting.. I went in for my appointment and Dr Steven just had a bad attitude.. he’s not personable at all. In fact his bedside manner is quite uncomfortable actually.. during my eye exam, he stops and says to me “do you use any pain pills or do anything that would make your pupils small” I said no, and told him the five medications I have to take daily for my health conditions. He looked at my chart; I wrote everything down, he said ohh I see. Which made me very uncomfortable and hurt my feelings because I’m 100% sober, by choice, I have never done anything. I have two little boys who I give all my time too, not to mention my own doctors appointments I have to go to on a regular basis. I’m on two heart medications too.. I told him about my eye problems that I’ve been having he said “I can’t help you now. Next time, come in when it’s happening”. Overall, my experience was horrible. The girls at the front and the lady who helped me pick out my glasses are the only pleasant ones! I will not be going back. I’ve never had this type of experience with an eye doctor before. Very unprofessional.
All smooth and professional with this practice. Dr. Keller is outstanding with teenagers and provides thorough eye care AND I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes to see him. In and out in less than 30 and most of it spent with the DR. Can’t beat it!
Best advice I can give anyone that considers going here is, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. The heavy set girl behind the receptionist desk, when you first walk in, is not a very good "first point of contact", she is rude. The guy that I spoke to acted that like he knew everything but offered no real help was not very personable so I left and went somewhere else, I'd advise you to do the same. The doctor was ok but he should probably get a new staff because their representation of him was delivered quite poorly, and for that, I will take my business elsewhere.
