Dr. Ho and her staff are wonderful. I've never had such a great optometrist and recommend Desert Eyeworks to anyone looking for a quality optometry center.

My first experience was today. Dr. Ho was wonderful, office staff friendly, knowledgable, prompt. Office was very clean. Up to date equipment. Explanation was clear & detailed.

Terrible customer service. I had a problem with my glasses that they made in Feb. I was out of town due to COVID. Male receptionist(?) argued with me about them. How long I'd had them even though I called them when I realized something was bothering me.
