I walked in trying to get some sunglasses for work & had no idea or any hands-on feel for the meta Oakley glasses. I was met with Francesca & she helped me out through the whole process Francesca provided outstanding customer service during my visit. She was friendly, incredibly helpful, and a delight to speak with. She made the entire experience easy and enjoyable, and I truly appreciated her patience, positive attitude, & was quite the charmer.

What a great experience. No had a pair of Lacoste eyeglasses that were absolutely mangled when my 200lb mastiff slept on them. I brought them to LensCrafters in the Warwick Mall, expecting to pay $30-$50 for the repair. They called me the next day and when I picked the glasses up, there was no charge. I tried to pay and they told me I could make a donation to their preferred charity instead if I felt I needed to pay for the service. (I did.) The three staff members with whom I spoke were polite, professional, and courteous. I’ll be buying my next set of eyeglasses here. (I attached an “after” photo and wish o had a “before” photo to show how bad they were.)

Eye exam was thorough from a clearly competent optometrist. Sales staff were friendly and very helpful selecting new frames and explaining costs of available features. Great experience.

April, the lady that helped me with my glasses was amazing, she was very friendly, professional and full of knowledge. I truly recommend her for your glasses need. The doctor there is also amazing. Angel also works there and he's also very helpful, friendly and professional as well. Thanks to all the professional people that work at the Lenscrafters at the Fred Waring location.

Great experience with April today. My insurance was giving us issues. She went above and beyond to solve the problem so I could choose my frames. They were ready in less than a week. Very happy.
