I had a great experience at LensCrafters thanks to Marco. He was very patient, kind, and genuinely helpful while I tried on different frames. He made the whole process easy and stress-free. I really appreciated his professionalism and warm attitude.
My medicine sunglasses that I purchased from this location, unfortunately died. Ray-Ban was awesome and honored the factory warranty and gave me a new pair and even said I could have new lenses which I didn’t need. I went into the store today in April helped me she went above and beyond was friendly quick to assist me and before you know it, I was on my way out the door with a new pair of Meta glasses with my old lenses inserted. She also adjusted my regular glasses that I had also purchased there, but I think she would’ve done it regardless. She was really great really kind really friendly. There was other people waiting and She did not make me feel like she was in a hurry or I was an inconvenience. This is why I’ve come back to the store. I originally purchased my glasses from Angel, who was Awesome. I have nothing but good things to say about this location. This is why I come back thank you LensCrafters for taking care of me and thank you Ray-Ban. You’re awesome.!🖤
Staff writer as incredibly nice. Erin helped me find the perfect pair. She was so nice and incredibly enthusiastic despite the fact I came in closer to closing. Couldn’t recommend Erin or LensCrafters enough
A very welcoming & pleasant experience! From being greeted by Julie ❤️, then tested by Rene (so cool Rene👍🏼), then examined by Dr. Preston; great patient-side manner; understanding, sensitive, & very clear in explaining diagnosis, & answering my q's👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼. The welcome & service was top notch!!! Julie was great; getting me situated w/my glasses, & follow up appointments. My new prescriptions are great! Tx, Julie, Rene & Dr. Preston!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Bought Nuance glasses today, with built-in hearing aids. Ms. Alonso was a delight to work with - very knowledgeable, friendly, kind and patient with teaching the technology. Highly recommend LensCrafters in Palm Desert
