I am very disappointed with my recent experience. Two weeks ago, I called to place an order for my contact lenses. During that call, I was asked which location I wanted them sent to, and I requested the Telegraph Spectacles location, but they were sent to the main location instead. I was also told that I would receive a phone call when my contacts arrived, which never happened. Additionally, I was quoted a remaining balance of only $10 for my contact lenses over the phone. However, when I went to Corona Optique to pick them up, I was told my actual balance due was $150. While the staff apologized for the miscommunication, they explained that they sometimes help multiple customers at once and can get distracted. Although I understand that businesses can be busy, a $140 difference is a significant error. What concerns me most is that while an apology was offered, there did not seem to be any effort to address the issue or prevent similar mistakes from happening in the future. Customers should be able to rely on the information they are given, especially when it involves pricing and order details. Due to the constant stress and frustration caused by these repeated issues, I will also be getting my contact lenses from a different location going forward. I hope management takes steps to improve communication so that other customers do not experience the same frustration.

I went to Corona Optique for a yearly check up, the attention is exceptional and the staff at the reception counter is very polite. The decor is really inviting and for an optique office it looks very upscale. The Dr. that tended to me was professional and we striked up a pleasant conversation and made my vision exam a really joyful experience. I also went ahead and got some pairs and the wonderful ladies in the reception area were patient and gave great information about what I could add to the lenses. Loved the experience 10/10 will be returning next year!

Ordered glasses Aug 7th. Picked them up about a week later. They broke February 14th, on the weekend so have to wait till Monday. Took them in they told me they are out of warranty as of February 7th but could give me a discount on the same frame to swap the lenses. Nope they no longer carry those frames have to get all new lenses and frames.... would not recommend lost my families business forever.

My family and I have been coming to Corona for years now. Im very disappointed with my recent experiences there. I have really bad eyesight so I have medically necessary contact lens. Called them in Feb. because the last prescription caused me to not see my emails or texts on my phone. I've waited patiently for 4 weeks. After being hung up on 3 times I speak with an employee and inform her I am leaving for vacation in 3 hours and wanted to pick them up but hadn't heard back in a month. I ask her if they haven't arrived can I at least get a trial pair so I can see properly. She says they will call back. We'll they did 7hrs later saying they are in but there was an issue with my insurance. Had I know I would gladly had paid out of pocket weeks ago at least for a box while insurance was worked out. I understand they get busy but I should have been informed weeks ago or even earlier today so I could do what I needed to do. I can barely see well enough to drive!
