Excellent exam. Friendly staff. Problem was waiting 1-1/2 hrs for 2 separate parts of it. Each part took less than 5 minutes to administer. Was in clinic over 2-1/2 hrs. And, most of that time was waiting. So, extremely overbooked. Dr is friendly, knowledgeable, answers all questions.

The receptionist is rude and very unprofessional. I had an appt made 6 wks prior. For a follow up. I was asked To come in earlier then my original Appointment. I agreed. When I got there to check in I was told I could not be seen since there was no prior authorization needed I figured all that was Taken care of. That was why appointment was made by.. Receptionist does not want to assist patient in getting the care needed. Not only did they waste my time but also the doctor’s time. Someone else could of used that allotted time
They must be short staffed. It usually takes 75 minutes to do pre-testing and brief exam with the ophthalmologist. Yesterday it took 2-1/2 hours. Time with the Dr was less than 8 minutes. I was never sure if he was talking to me or the transcriber. Not my usual doctor and much less than acceptable wait times. Also I sure wish they posted chart notes on their patient portal.
The wait times at this office are awful. It’s a cattle call and way overbooked. 1:00 appointment and saw the doc for 5 minutes at about 4:00. I understand that emergencies happen but at every appointment? I think the doctor and staff are good but better time management and respect for the patients time is needed.
The check in is good using the automated system. The Staff is pleasant and efficient, the Doctor is knowledgeable and pleasant. The wait tie is ridiculous. This time is was 2 hours, last time it was 3 hours. Why on earth are more people scheduled than can be accommodated, therefore everyone waits and waits. This establishment does not value their customers time, which is very sad.
