My husband and I have seen several optometrists since moving to UT over 13 years ago and Dr. Seitz is the BEST! He is very thorough and detected MD in me that others had missed. His personality makes you feel as though you meeting with a friend. We won’t go anywhere else.

Staff very friendly and professional. Dr. took his time to ensure that I was fitted properly with the correct contact lenses.
Dr. Seitz and his staff are thorough, personable, and knowledgeable. Each time I have had vision tests, Dr. Seitz personally calls me to inform me of results and to answer any questions I may have. My experience with this clinic has been excellent.
The doctor and staff are the best vision exam experience I have had in being 66 years old. I highly recommend them as your vision provider. Thank you for providing such a good service.
What a disaster. Please don't go there. My old glasses had a scratch and I needed new prescription anyway so I went to this Heber City location. When the new glasses arrived I could not see well at all so they remade them twice, raising the focus point. Still could not see well but they assured me that "with new glasses your eyes need time to adjust". Never heard of that before. But I returned home and tried to make them work. Then I took them to a different optometrist and they told me the prescription did not match my glasses. So I sent them back to Heber City and they said OMG we are so sorry they were not correct. They ordered new ones and when they arrived they said the lenses did not fit the frames I bought from them so they sent them back again to be remade a fourth time. Still didn't see well at all so I went to ophthalmologist at Mayo Clinic and got new prescription which was different from Heber City. So glad I did that as now I can see again. The Heber City glasses were over $1,000 (see photos attached) so money just down the drain. Worst optometrist experience of my life. PLEASE DON'T GO THERE. YOU WILL VERY MUCH REGRET IT.
