Ah yes, another favorite store of mine, Costco. To be specific, the Costco in Canton Ohio. So when you first pull in, you can either go ahead and park by the main club or you go get some Costco Gas first. Once your ready to shop, if you have a membership make sure to have it ready so they can scan it and let you in, if not then they’ll direct you to the customer service to signup. Is it worth getting a membership, I’d say yes. The amount of good deals Costco has is endless, especially if you buy in bulk. If your a single homeowner you can still benefit by grabbing gift cards where a lot of the times you pay $75 or $80 and get a $100 gift card, very much worth it! The selection of electronics from tv’s, laptops, 4k dash cams, surge protectors, camera bird feeders and so much more. You really have to go and have a look. They got a big clothes section, toys, meats, stationary, food, car stuff, furniture, really basically anything and everything. I go here for my large bag of jasmine rice, bananas, muffins, frozen beef patties and its very fun checking out the summer items this time of year. You also get back I believe 2% cash back if your a certain tier club member but you’ll have to double check how that works because certain criteria will have to be met to get it. Overall its always a very clean store and workers always nice. I will say this, just watch where other shoppers are pushing their carts because sometimes with these larger carts people just keep barreling along so try to be as safe as you can!

Cosco was a very interesting experience. It was my first time here so I really did not know what to expect. The vibe of the store is somewhat busy yet relaxed, if that makes any sense. Basically, most people are regulars and know what they want. I really like there huge pizza made fresh for under $10 and overall, this was worth the drive.

We have been members at Sam's Club for many years, but decided to check out Costco for a wholesale membership. Visited the Canton location to sign up. It was quick and easy! Amy helped us at the membership counter and she was an absolute delight to work with! The warehouse was clean, well stocked, fairly priced and much easier to navigate than Sam's. 10/10 would recommend this Costco!

I have been meaning to write this review regarding the INCREDIBLE service I received from 2 of the people I interacted with while purchasing a TV at the North Canton Costco location. I wanted to purchase a closeout tv ( 85" Sony Bravia) and there were only 2 left at the location. One was new in the box, and the other was a Floor Model. Kelly in Electronics was extremely helpful and pleasant during the entire buying process, and she really impressed me with her patience and knowledge. I bring the tv home, carry it up 2 flights of stairs into my Girlfriends townhome, and then unbox and set up the television. It was to be a surprise for her, but the REAL surprise was when I powered the tv on, and the tv screen was damaged ( area about the size of the top of a coffee mug was BLACKED OUT). I called The North Canton Branch, expressed that the tv was damaged, and Kelly immediately went to work in finding me another Sony. She checked numerous branches within 150 miles, and there really were none available ( with the exception of one near TOLEDO). She followed ip with me, and told me that her manager ( Dan) was willing to heavily discount the floor model for me, and that I could pick it up in the next 48 hours if I wanted to. I of course jumped at the chance to return the tv, and pick up the other one. Upon my arrival Dan ( manager) went above and beyond in terms of having a team Come out to my truck, remove the damaged tv, - And all the while APLOLOGIZED profusely for the tv being damaged, and the inconvenience it caused me. Not only that, but because I had to go through the process of paying for the replacement tv, he moved me straight to the front of the line, and I was out of the store in less than 5 minutes time, With once again, team Members loading my truck for me!! I was simply blown away by the kindness offered by both Dan and Kelly, and them going out of their way to make a somewhat stressful endeavor a FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!! Kudos to both Dan and Kelly. Fantastic service and just super kind people who wanted me happy. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!! Highest of accolades!

As someone who has worked in customer service, I understand, dealing with frustrated customers all the time can get to you, but they’re supervisor. Jamie is not friendly at all, and not someone that I would have working at my facility. She had a lot of smirky comments when it came to dealing with our order and telling us about the policy. I understand communicating policies, but the additional smirky comments were never needed. I have no problem staying at Sam’s Club over encounter her again considering how much a membership costs anyways
