Love this place. Just wish the butcher shop would be more helpful. Needed sugar free bacon and they don't have any. Asked the butcher if they could slice up a pork belly for me but couldn't. Same experience with another meat. Sam's Club will do this, therefore the 4 stars.
This store is a solid “meh” when it could be great. Things we like… meat selection, gluten free options, oil and nut selections, and snack items. Room for improvement… Fruit is never great. Sam’s has far better fruit. Costco is always picked too green. We’ve tried quite a few times, but we’re always disappointed. For instance the past two weeks both stores have had white peaches. Sam’s are picked at the peak of ripeness, bursting with flavor, loaded with juice, and with the perfect texture. Costco’s are picked too green, only mildly flavorful, somewhat juicy, and have a harder texture. Don’t get me started on their bananas. Picked so early they never fully ripen with a tree leaf kinda banana taste. Blech! Eggs get beat up. Whoever is moving them needs to be more gentle. Often one has to sort through multiple goo covered cartons to find one that isn’t the source of the goo. Organization of the store is just weird. Pet food for instance… where is it?? Pharmacy items are hard to find. Placement of items often just doesn’t make sense and we have to forage through the store to find things…or just give up and go to Sam’s where they organize for more efficiency rather than forcing the shopper to roam the whole store to find the new hiding place for the desired item. Checkout process… They really need to get with the times and offer checkout on the app. The most frustrating part of the store is the checkout process. They still count the items in the basket even with bringing up a receipt and being checked out by a clerk, so what’s the point of not offering checkout on the app?? It would make shopping there less of a headache.
Our go to shopping store. So many wonderful options, but this is the business center so it's smaller than the regular Costco and it's geared more towards businesses. We continually receive excellent customer service at this location.
I'm going to let my subscription expire here. The prices are soooo high. Unless you own a business or want to stock up for the apocalypse, the price per ounce only makes sense in those scenarios. I found that it makes more financial sense to shop at either Walmart or Sam's club and buy smaller quantities. When you look in your pantry and see you spent $18 on 20 lbs of flour that will take months to use, you start to re-think what your spending your money. Plus, they dont have curb side pick up!!
