Everyone at Clarkson was so kind and helpful! Susan and Shae were total angels dealing with my anxiety and Susan helped me find the perfect pair of glasses for my face and budget! I cannot recommend them enough. Seriously love everyone who works here!
Words cannot expressed how disappointed I was when I arrived today June 23rd for my eye exam. I made this appointment online and received a phone call on June 22nd to verify my Medicare information and was told that everything was ok and she would see me tomorrow. I checked in early the receptionist made a copy of my Medicare card and drivers license. Upon completion of filling out forms and returning them to the receptionist she stated I have one more form a Refraction Fee form requesting $49 fee. I was upset because I wasn’t told about a refraction fee before coming to my appointment today otherwise I would’ve rescheduled my appointment. Communication is important to a business but when an employee tell you bold face lie and also they had me in as Medicaid was unacceptable everybody know Medicaid numbers start with 111 in Georgia. I read all good reviews which lead me to book an appointment. Carolyn Williams want be rescheduling an appointment but hope you will do better.

The staff was so good. My son is 6 and needed glasses. They walked him through the whole experience and made him feel soooo comfortable. He said it was fun. The facility itself is open, inviting, and really clean best eye care facility I have been to thus far.
