I’ve been a Costco Optical customer for years… new to Florida but was hoping for the same quality of care I received in other states. That answer ~ NO! I met Cindy the optical retailer last week and she could not have been more rude or condescending! I apparently interrupted her phone time. To note~ I have never gone to a Costco optical department that didn’t have minimum 20 customers circulating.. There was nobody in this department. I’ve never seen that before, but now I can understand why. I asked her to help me fit my glasses (and yes I did purchase them there~ she made sure of that because I could see it on her face, she wanted nothing more than to tell me to go away) they had stretched out, and she tried her hardest to break the glasses but fortunately, for me, she wasn’t successful. In the past I have recommended Costco optical but after this experience I won’t be a customer there anymore either.
