The group of employees today were courteous, personable, and thorough. Thank you all so much for taking such good care of my husband and me. I wish I could remember everyone’s names so I could give each person a proper shout-out! Either way, we truly appreciated the wonderful service and will definitely be back in a few weeks with our daughter. Thank you again for making our experience such a great one!
Extremely professional and fast! I had a great experience with Dr. Sharek; he took his time and made sure all of my questions were answered. The technicians and front desk staff were extremely patient and were sure to answer all of my insurance questions. Will definitely be coming back!
First time going here but it will not be my last. The woman at the front desk was great ! Very helpful and patient explaining the eye exam process and my options for the kind of exam I wanted/needed. Even thought I didn’t have an appointment I was seen within 20 minutes. She was sweet enough to call me while I wandered around Costco waiting for it to be my turn. The young man who saw me first was also very easy to talk to and quickly had me look into the machines for the information they needed prior to seeing the dr. The Dr was great ! I think his name was Dr. Jacob. He was patient and kind as he explained my eye exam and finding the right prescription for me to correct my problems. Great experience all around. I will definitely go back and refer to my friends.
I had a great experience at this office. Dr. Au was professional, thorough, and made the exam feel very comfortable. Mariana was also incredibly helpful throughout the visit. She was friendly, patient, and had such a positive attitude. The whole staff made the experience easy and welcoming. Highly recommend!
Very professional and knowledgeable. It was my first time getting an eye care done. But they made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Especially Joshua Mendez he went through everything with me and answered all my questions, thoroughly and kindly. I was taken care of while being in and out in no time. Definitely would recommend!
