Costco Optical

5/5 ***** I visited the Costco Wholesale in Stuart, FL yesterday and had an excellent experience. The Tire Center gave my car a thorough inspection and let me know I still had some time before needing new tires. They explained everything clearly, wrote up a plan for me, and told me to come back anytime with questions — I really appreciated their honesty and professionalism. After that, I shopped the store and stopped by the Optical Center. I had several questions for both the doctor and the manager, and they were patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Their advice and kindness meant a lot. The store is clean, well-organized, and enjoyable to shop in, especially during the holidays. Great selection, great staff, and great gas prices too. Highly recommend!

Best Costco experience! As a Canadian, I’m used to Costco shopping being stressful—from jammed parking lots to overwhelming crowds inside. That was not the case in Stuart. Parking was abundant, the store wasn’t overly busy, and the staff were polite and helpful. Best of all, they sell liquor at a fraction of the price you’ll find elsewhere. Other Costco locations should take note and model themselves after this one.

Definitely a 5 star location. The crew was a little moody in general, but hey, it's retail. One crew member was complaining to another about something that doesn't need to be posted, but whenever approached by a customer, all were very friendly. The store was properly organized and clean. They did a fantastic job with the landscape in front of the store. That definitely cost a fortune, and it is great to look at.

The customer service is on point! The employees are fast and friendly. The overall atmosphere was as expected. Lines were flowing. I like that some cashiers have floaters to help them prepare items in customer carts for scanning. Boxes/Products can be quite heavy for the poor cashiers looking for barcodes! The selection is always limited, BUT Costco chooses the best of said selection. Keep 'em coming! I was looking for jewelry and they did not disappoint with quality or the cost. Nice pieces for myself and gifting. From someone who is not a big candy-eater: I tried this Hershey chocolate covered almond & caramel candy - 🤯. Get your hands on those! No photo - Someone must have finished the bag already!

This Costco is EXTRA SPECIAL!!! Clean, well stocked with friendly staff. Have to give a shout out to Heather and Graham in the Hearing Aid department. Between them, they were able to resolve some outstanding issues with my devices. Hopefully this location keeps the high standards that it has now.
