I tried coming to this office because the palm beach office is always running an hour or two late even though you have a appointment. Turns out it's both offices that are always either over booked, under staffed, or just seems kinda chaotic. The being said, this office always runs behind with no notice. I feel as if I showed up 2 hours late they would've either charged me or not let me be seen. Since it's always the other way around they should have to give us a late fee for always being behind with no communication beforehand. People have lives and can't wait around all day at a doctor's office.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother who currently has trouble seeing out of one eye due to a vitreous hemorrhage, so looking at a screen is difficult for her. She had called this office on Friday morning at 11:18 only to be answered by a woman who was rude and cold and didn't seem very receptive to answering my mother's questions. More details can be given upon request. However, what is really unhinged about this receptionist is after my mother told her she was hanging up to find a different specialist to call, this woman called my mother with her PERSONAL cell phone six times and when my mother didn't answer, she was left a very nasty voicemail that said, "There is a very special hot place on this earth in this universe for people like you.” The name on the caller ID was listed as Laurie. My mother has everything saved, from the voicemail to the phone number that called her. This is unhinged and inappropriate behavior from a receptionist and if this person was my employee I would not want her greeting potential patients with this behavior.
Damaged my left eye over lazering in one spot. Now can't see well out of this eye, very blurry.
I'm writing a review for my elderly parents. Mr. and Mrs. Garcia. They are very happy with the care they are receiving and love the staff.
Excellent care with a wonderful staff, I’ve been coming here for several years and highly recommend the professional services. I’m a physician myself and and know what is quality care and Dr Rosecan and his staff deliver
