Went for the first time today. Very crowded as expected. It's there first weekend after opening on the 27th (August 2026). The check-out went pretty fast but there were tons of people just standing around looking and blocking aisles. I'll go back in a few weeks when its less crowded.

Beware of this location it’s not what it seems! I have been going to Costco forever and this new location needs alot of work customer service wise I went in just to shop for someone else this time and the cashier was very rude to me she insulted me and called me stupid the “managers “ they have sit around and have inappropriate conversations while customers and children are present and when I interrupted their conversation to ask where something was they acted like I was burden my advice to future shoppers is to just got to another location this one is being ran by insensitive people. On the positive side the store is well organized but I believe they need more people with compassion working here

East Gwinnett got a Costco! Place is great, staff is great! It should make the area around add nicer stuff instead of strip malls, chain restaurants, and pawn shops over the years. Very excited for what's to come!

Horrible selection of beer!!! Hopefully it’s just because this store is still new, but I know the other locations have way more choices and a much better selection of beer. Hopefully they expand their options soon!

I had to return this because there is marshmallows in this and most marshmallows are made with pork. They gave me no issues with returning it even though the box was open. (Mind you the box came with the chocolate chip ones as well, I did not realize there was s’mores until after getting home and eating the chocolate chips flavor. Once the fam said this reminds me of rice crispy treats my alert went up to look closer at the box and I saw this marshmallow flavor and immediately called the store). I contacted this company and their products do not have pork so they are safe to eat for non pork consumers.
