It was so encouraging to find a local business to support that provides efficient and professional service. As a new patient, Dr. Gillian and staff were very efficient, professional and polite. My eye care requires quarterly exams and I can honestly say, after 15 years, this was the BEST experience I’ve ever had.
Dr. Rabitsch is amazing. This review is not for her. It’s for Eve or Eva, the optical assistant or the person that helps you pick out frames. Eva is rude, condescending and does not need to be a public-facing role. I brought in a pair of glasses to have lenses put in and she didn’t even bother greeting me, just was very snippy about how she didn’t touch Zenni optical lenses (my frames were not Zenni, they are designer but my current prescription sunglasses are Zenni optical.) Then she made a rude statement about how she likes to protect her eyes against all UV rays when I asked her a simple question about Transition lenses and HOW THEY WORK, NOT ABOUT HER PREFERENCES. She then just spat out a $350 number at me without explaining anything, just said that’s what it costs. I took a picture of the rate sheet and put it in AI and come to find out she was charging me for youth sport lenses I didn’t need and the top tier of lenses coating I didn’t need without even explaining anything. I’m 43 years old, I don’t need youth sport lenses. I’ve been going to GA Eye Associates since I moved to Tucker in 2017 and due to this experience with Eve or Eva, I’m taking my business elsewhere. Disgusting customer service.
Great office. Everyone was wonderful especially Dr. Rabitsch. She performed a thorough eye exam and took time to explain things and answer questions. Eve was especially helpful in selecting frames. It was a great experience. I highly recommend them.
Love the location and staff at this practice. Professional, thorough eye exam, while still feeling like the neighborhood eye doctor practice-highly recommend.
