As much as it pains me to leave this review, I feel I need to be honest about my experience. For the past three years, I was told by Georgia Eye Center that I had keratoconus. When I began experiencing worsening blurred vision and headaches, I decided to seek a second opinion. The new doctor performed a very thorough evaluation with multiple tests and ultimately determined that I do not have keratoconus. I was also informed that my insurance would likely not have approved treatment for keratoconus because the clinical findings did not support that diagnosis. According to my second-opinion physician, I was prematurely fitted with scleral lenses and given an incorrect prescription. I was also told that I was being considered for a referral for corneal cross-linking. Learning that I may have undergone evaluation for a serious procedure based on a diagnosis that my second-opinion physician concluded I did not have was extremely upsetting and concerning. In addition, obtaining my medical records was unnecessarily difficult. I was initially told they would be available within two to three days. Instead, it took nearly two weeks and required multiple follow-up requests from both me and my new doctor’s office before the records were finally released. This review is difficult to write because everyone I interacted with was kind and professional on a personal level. However, kindness alone does not make up for what I believe were significant concerns regarding my care and the handling of my medical records. From a patient-care and business ethics standpoint, my experience was deeply disappointing. I encourage anyone seeking care here to consider obtaining a second opinion before proceeding with a major diagnosis or treatment recommendation. My experience reinforced the importance of advocating for yourself and verifying a diagnosis when something doesn’t feel right.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Jones. They were attentive, patient, and very thorough during my exam. I appreciated how clearly everything was explained and never felt rushed. The staff was also welcoming and efficient. I would definitely recommend Dr. Jones to anyone looking for excellent eye care.
Definite improvements at this office! Cassandra is a truly warm and welcoming face to the practice. It was the most professional and efficient visit I’ve had. Matt was excellent and very patient! Much appreciated!
Well if you desire for your privacy to be compromised this is the place to go! One of the male midddle aged Eye Doctors has poor customer service skills. Without hesitation he interrupted my conversation with the tech and openly shared my personal/private business with the patients in the waiting area. After my exam, I shared my concerns with him in a professional manner. He had no accountability for his unprofessionalism whatsoever. He was actually very rusk. I do not recommend this particular eye doctor.
I came here after struggling with contact lens discomfort for months. The specialist carefully checked the fitting and taught me better cleaning habits. The advice sounded realistic instead of overly technical. My eyes already feel much more comfortable during long office hours.
