Absolutely amazing customer service, kind staff, and high tech (so no eye dilation needed). Some of my friends drop their mouth open in disbelief that I don’t need to get my eyes dilated anymore. After a dozen other optometrists across 4 states, this place is the best!
A friend introduced me 2 Dr. Kim at Atlanta Eye Associates. She is by far the BEST experience that I have ever had, with regard 2 my eyes. I have gone 2 the VA, Lenscrafters and others. I cannot say enough about my experience. I have used this business twice and both times the service was superb! Ingrid was very knowledgeable when selecting my frames and lenses. Outstanding experience with all of the staff. Extremely Professional and organized. From Angel the appointment scheduler, Azucena the excellent technician, Engrid the talented lens creator, and Dr Kim, the wonderful optician who had enormous patience, was cordial. patient, and had a great bedside manner.
