Eye Physicians And Surgeons

This eye clinic making money in dishonest way. It was annual eye exam but Dr. S. coded as medical visiting to make money. It is definitely wrong. Even Dr. S. didn't check my eye at all. Technician checked my eyes then the technician left from the exam room. Dr. S. came to the exam room and said to me "your eye exam is done, do you have any questions?" I said "no" Dr. S. said "see you next year again" and he left the exam room. Dr. S. stayed in the exam room 20 seconds. He looked very busy and he didn't check my eye at all. Then he coded as medical visit instead of annual eye exam coding. The eye clinic said Dr. S. diagnosed my eye cataract that is why it is medical. But he didn't check my eye at all on the day. The eye clinic is trying to make cataract surgery case. I saw Dr. S. 7 months before the annual eye exam day and the visit was true medical visit due to red eye. During the medical visit, I said to Dr. S. "my previous eye doctor told me that I have very minimal cataract, but no need any intervention at all. Can you please check it?" He said "yes" This is done on the medical visit 7 months before the annual eye exam. He didn't do anything on the my annual eye exam. They make money in dishonest way. I felt Dr. S. didn't care my eye at all. Another problem about this eye clinic is no one help to fix this issue. Don't make any appointment with this eye clinic. Dr. S will not care your eyes.

I, been coming to Eye physicians &Surgeons for almost five years if not five years already, Dr. Dhingra was the first Doctor I seen great Dr. Dr.Ronak Patel ,did my Cataract surgery I’m so pleased and so thankful for Dr. Patel he is an Amazing Doctor l , was so afraid to get this Eye Surgery done after talking to (Dr.Patel ) I felt like everything was going to be good and it was I’m so blessed I had an amazing Doctor Thank you Dr.Patel💞 I, can’t leave the Technicians out they all is great always greet you with a smile 💞 I , had a post Op appointment on 5/6/26 one of tech I should have gotten her name I noticed her personality so awesome we needs that, because we don’t know what a person going through . can’t leave the front desk out they always nice answer any questions you have with kindness 💕

We were referred to EyePhysicians and Surgeons in Dunwoody by our PCP. Over all our first visit was positive. Shilpa was great with our son—super patient, kind, and really took the time to make sure he felt at ease during the visit. She explained everything clearly, which helped him feel confident since he was nervous. Dr. Patel was also excellent—very professional and kind!

My daughter went to her Pediatrician in which she was recommended by her doctor to be seen by an Ophthalmologist. I called this place, which I was told she needs a referral to go here. I did my part by calling my daughter’s doctor/ nurse to send that information over. The lady on the phone then goes “well even if you do get that information sent, it’ll take 2-3 weeks to get approved by our doctor, I recommend you call - “Dr.Peggy Sinkoe” which happens to be a Optometrist. If I WANTED OR NEEDED HER TO GO TO AN OPTOMETRIST, I WOULD HAVE TAKEN HER TO ONE! Incompetent & unprofessional people here, all they do is give you the run around for nothing! IF A CONCERNED CARING PARENT IS LOOKING FOR AN OPHTHALMOLOGIST, DON’T SEND THEM TO SOMEONE WHO DOESN’T HAVE THE SAME DAMN SKILLS, WHATS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE!

Received glasses here for my youngest child. Great and easy process involving a young lady named Tiyesha, wonderful person! However their front desk lady could use some customer service etiquette training.
