My son’s eye appointment went very well! The ladies were extremely helpful, patient, and understanding throughout the entire visit. They made us feel comfortable and took great care of him. Everyone I’ve come in contact with — from the young ladies at the front desk, to the employees in the halls, to my doctor, Doctor Jakupovic — has been incredibly kind and provided superb customer service. My doctor came highly recommended while I was hiking with a friend in the North Georgia mountains, and I’m so glad I followed through with making an appointment. This office gets two thumbs up, two snaps up and a circle, and 5 stars. You guys are ROCK STARS.
Eye 1st Vision is top notch. I can tell that Dr. Stadelmann truly loves her patients and is determined to help. For comparison, I went to a large big box chain last year, which shall remain unnamed, the Optometrist rushed me in and out, which led to a wasted prescription for contacts that never worked. Dr. Stadlemann spent time with me and made sure I didn’t leave until we corrected my issues. I absolutely recommend their office without hesitation. ✨
Professional and complete service. Dr. Shida has years of experience and is very thorough with his patients. The staff is very friendly and also efficient.The assistance I receive in selecting my glasses is always outstanding ! Top notch people :)
