Dr. Jason Heaven was amazing ! Very patient with my son (who has autism) his staff was very quick and helpful! Definitely would recommend! We were in and out in a timely manner ! The test were very thorough! You could definitely tell Dr. Jason Heaven loves and enjoys what he does ! Also a plus that they took Medicaid ! Very helpful!
Dr. Jason Heaven is incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes you feel completely comfortable during your visit. His staff is just as wonderful. They’re welcoming, friendly, and very organized, which makes the whole experience smooth from start to finish. It’s such a relief to have an eye doctor you can trust with your family’s care. I’m so happy to have found this office and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality, compassionate eye care in Doraville!
Been using Dr. Heaven since he was at Pearl Vision by Perimeter. Friendly, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable. Have gotten many checkups & eyeglasses from him. The office checks your temperature and the staff wears masks. Patients have to wear masks as well. Most of the staff has been good. They have been going through a number of front office staff in the past few years. Some of them have been confrontational, argumentative, and rude. From losing files to incorrect orders and refusing to correct them. Adds a lot of stress to an otherwise good experience. I have seen a lot of professionals lose business over poor staff. Don't let that occur here.
Dr. Heaven and his staff are always super helpful and kind and explain everything to me so I understand my benefits and eye health.
I have been going to Dr. Heaven for approximately 15 years. I have received nothing but excellent service from him and his staff. Highly recommend!
