*Updated In response to the owner's reply: I would like to clarify a few points. I did not post this review to "bad mouth" a business, nor is this a fake or anonymous account. I posted from my personal account using my real name because I am describing a genuine experience that I had. The facts are simple: I called your office to inquire about services for myself. I live approximately 30 minutes away, saw your positive reviews, and was interested in learning more about your practice. Initially, I asked how your office handles RCM, which is a standard question I ask anytime I speak with a Healthcare provider due to the nature of my job. Unfortunately, the interaction was extremely unprofessional. During the course of my calls, I was disconnected three separate times and was unable to have a productive conversation about my needs. The overall experience was discourteous and left a very negative impression. To be clear, I am not a patient and therefore cannot speak to the quality of the clinical services your practice provides. However, I can accurately describe my experience interacting with your staff, and that experience was disappointing enough that I chose to share it. My review reflects my honest experience as a prospective patient. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and used as an opportunity to improve future interactions with potential clients.
