I Highly recommend Dr. Ferdon & his team! As a glasses wearer since the 5th grade 💗I've been coming to them for over 3 years now for my glasses and exams. Dr. Ferdon makes the exams quick and easy with warm welcomes and his kind demeanor! Karen at the front desk is super sweet & accommodating! She makes sure all your questions and concerns are thoroughly addressed. As well as the rest of the team they are very sweet & welcoming. The biggest quality overall that I really appreciate is the honesty 💗 They don't try to upsell you on other frames or unnecessary add ons to your lenses, if you don't want them. I've been bringing my own frames to them, everytime I need some new lenses, and they have never turned me away. Other eye doctors/shops in the area turned me away by fibbing and saying outright "it is impossible to put lenses in these..." then proceeded to show me $400+ frames to sell me (they looked no different than the frames i bought for $13 & brought to them). Dr. Ferdon's team did the exact opposite. When I found them 3.5 years ago they immediately agreed that there would be no issues giving me lenses in my cheap frames and gave me an appointment on the spot for an eye exam, WOW! My lenses were also pretty cheap in price in my opinion too, but for such good quality!!! (didn't cross the $200 threshold). I have new frames and lenses I am getting from them AGAIN this week and I'm super excited! I cannot wait for any future frames I find and bring to them, they make the process so easy & enjoyable 🥰 Thank You Dr. Ferdon & Family!
