Dr. Hrgovic and his staff are great. The entire appointment went by smoothly. I went in for my annual exam and contact fitting and left with a new type of contacts that feel like I'm not wearing any! I've worn night and day contacts for 10+ years and love them, but these Total 30s the doc suggested are much better. The staff on the store side are just as great too. Mark helped me understand how the sizing of frames and lenses are broken down. Awesome selection, and of course, prices you can't beat.

Dimond Costco Opticians DO NOT know what they’re doing. Went there to order lenses for my frames I had purchased online. (There is an out of pocket fee for frames bought else where, which is completely understandable.) I had Approached the counter spoke with this young lady (with broken English) and was given a bogus reason as to why “they can’t do it.” I’ve worked as a licensed optician and know what optical centers can and can not do. The frames I have can support lenses/and my RX. I asked to speak with another person (hopefully more competent) and was given another lousy unrelated excuse compared to what I was first told as to why “they can’t order me lenses.”Immediately I can tell the opticians lack knowledge and training here. After this encounter, I went to Walmart on Dimond and not only were they able to order me lenses for my frames but they also confirmed my frames can support my prescription. They were able to trace my frame in house and order me my prescription lens. Dimond Costco Opticians. Do better.
If you don't get your glasses at Costco well you should! Fantastic ophthalmologist, amazing prices, incredible quality eyewear, and they skip all the silly add-ons and just give you the best possible stuff right up front!! Tons of styles and very convenient!
Check in was right on time. The air puffs were forewarned which helped. Marco was so helpful & even suggested some special Lumify eye drops to reduce in my eyes that comes from sun exposure, age & dry eyes. Quick & easy appointment today. No insurance and checkout was quick & easy. Lots of sunglasses and regular glasses options to choose from as well.
Set an appointment in person with a receptionist. 2 days later, Showed up and checked in with Erica, a different receptionist who was very sweet to me. very kind, patient and understanding. did some test with me before i saw Dr. Ethan who did the rest. overall, it was a fast paced, informative and an amazing first time contact wearer experience. would go again in the future if needed. i did pay (no costco membership needed) out of pocket with no insurance for $220 for both my glasses AND contact prescription. it included a pair of contact lenses i tried out with dr.ethan that’s good for 14days. before i left i tried to take them off and on with an amazing help from erica cus i was struggling and she was so kind about it. after, i did buy my glasses and 6 months of contacts from costco, both about $334 with a costco membership. If you’re not looking for a fast paced, quick in and out but more on connection and making sure your Dr is fully aware and connected to you; i’d definitely recommend a private institution, but if you just want your prescription quick i’d recommend costco.
