I would rate my visit a 10/10 and if I could rate more than 10, I definitely would. The customer service was very professional, kind, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I didn’t even have an appointment, I only called to ask if they accept walk-ins, and they accommodated me right away, which I truly appreciated. Dr. Bret Miknich was my doctor, and he was excellent. He took his time, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The entire staff treated me with kindness and respect. I especially want to mention Pearl, her sister (I’m sorry I forgot her name), and Sheila — they were all very friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome. As a new patient, I honestly didn’t expect such outstanding service, but they exceeded my expectations. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. I highly recommend Summit Eye Care to anyone looking for professional, efficient, and compassionate eye care. I will definitely be coming back!

Staff was very friendly and competent. I saw Dr. Miknich. He was professional and found just what I needed in contacts. Prices with VSP insurance, for contacts and glasses, were the same as Costco. I highly recommend this practice.
