I love Costco and this warehouse is awesome. Every single employee is fantastic. It is always clean, everything in stock. Tire center, optical and pharmacy all have been great. Gas station is great too. 6 out of 5 stars.
They need to retrain their employees in customer service. Almost every employee there had an attitude when I asked to help find something for me. couldn’t smile back, only gave ugly looks. Sam’s Club is so much better in their customer service plus Sam’s Club has scan and go..
Honestly this store as far as Costco goes kinda stinks. For some reason these people don't know how to manage their lines. But for me what is the topper is we went into the regular checkout and the lady decided she needed to scan everything with a hand scanner even though it really wasn't that busy. She missed three items at the top of our cart. We got to the receipt check and the receipt Nazi figured this out. It was three items worth $25 bucks. She did try to help but in a weird sort of way -- offering to let us leave the items there (why would we do that?). We had to go back to self-checkout and scan the items ourselves. I feel like Costco owes us $25 for wasting our time. I've been a Costco member for 20 years and the only other time this happened is the guy called on his talkie to get it sorted pronto. In other words, as others have noted, the customer focused service at this location is pretty lackluster and misguided at best.
I’ve been a member since the day they opened and always have a great shopping experience there. Selections vary quickly so if you see something you like, better buy it right then! (Their return policy is LEGENDARY.)
