Awesome experience, everyone at the office was very nice and professional. Also quick! Even including the time to create a dual prescription and do imaging of my eyes I was out of there in around 45 minutes.

The staff were quite hostile, they were extremely hard to work with, and kept on wanting to push only a specific type of glasses without offering alternatives. Overall, one of the worst experiences I've had with a retail service.

Staff was great but the quality of the lenses is very poor. They came with a bad blemish on bottom corner of right lens. Also the lenses scratch very easily and within 1 week are scratched up already

I saw Dr. Lee and she was incredible! She explained everything to me clearly and helped me with my concerns. I was very impressed with her knowledge and patient care. Pam in the glasses department was another kind and caring professional. I came home and told my family about them. My sister and her husband have seen Dr. Chen and they both were impressed with him as well.

Dr. Kevin was friendly and helpful with explaining any visual changes I may have while pregnant. The optician that helped me find my glasses was also helpful; I don't remember his name, but he realized the lenses on the glasses I ordered were defective, so he immediately placed an order for replacement lenses for me, no additional cost since it was an error on the manufacturer's part.
