Friendly office staff, quick to get into the doctor very little white. And Dr j he's a hoot a good doctor friendly personable

It’s a rainy day and we were running late after picking up my daughter from school. I called the office to tell them we are on the way and will be late. The front desk lady said they only allow 10min grace period, we can not be late for more than 10min. Maybe we can make it or maybe we can’t, we are very close to hit that 10min grace time frame. So I cancel appointment and might have to pay cancellation fee. We turned around and head home instead. Now I don’t even know if we still want to go for this office since the front desk lady sounds not so friendly. This is not the first time I feel this way. May be we should cancel my son and husband’s appointment there.

My insurance changed so found this office on Nextdoor from others who recommended. They have been nothing but great. From the moment you walk in, the staff is so nice and welcoming. My kids and I all come here. Dr. I is very personable and knowledgeable. She explains everything thoroughly and is patient. She also does not rush. She takes her time answering your questions. I’m so glad I found this eye doctor.

Amazing and caring staff. Dr. Newsome is very knowledgeable and cares about his patients. He takes his time to explain every procedure. In case of an emergency they do there best to bring you in the same day! He is also great with kids. Has a lot of patience and does not mind answering the tons of questions they have every time they see him. 😊

Just had my second appointment here, and my first with Dr. Inthavong. She was super professional and personable and seemed extremely conscientious. She explained my eye scans to me in a very interesting way, and gave me great advice for my future eye care. I'm so relieved I found this office, it's the best eye care I've found in the Fresno area.
