This optical center is amazing. They have a quick and easy check in process and a lot of employees working so not much of a wait. They really take their time with the customers and care about what they do! Erica helped me with some glasses adjustments and she was helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my glasses. She even gave me tips to keep the glasses in the best shape possible. I’m very happy with my experience at this Costco Optical Center.

Costco Optical offers great prices and excellent quality. We have been coming here for years and have always had a great experience. Arnold has helped me, my wife, our kids, and even my parents with prescription glasses. Very bad service 😒 The counter center people are lazy and waist time looking under boxes and other things. I don't usually access this location.

Absolutely terrible. They tell you to pull a number and I just pulled a number and waited 20 minutes and they just kept saying they’ll get to it but they weren’t helping anyone and there were four people behind the counter and the number never changed. I tried to ask the lady about it and she was so rude. I couldn’t do anything but leave the entire building. She made me so uncomfortable. I don’t know what’s going on at Costco optical center but We’re leaving and will order our glasses and contact somewhere else since they’re too busy to even call the numbers that they have set out for people to pull.

This is the most disappointing department in costco. You pull a number, and wait 40 mins -1 hour maybe even more. I was trying to return kirkland signature brand sunglasses (non prescription, just regular sunglasses) after a few months and the manager was trying to give me a difficult time , saying she will do it “just this one time”. I have NEVER had any issues returning to Costco, specially kirkland signature brand items. Just avoid the optical department, but the Costco itself is great
