Dr. Velazquez is amazing. He completely changed my prescription I had had for the last 4 years, to be able to read with contacts. Excellent!! I can see so well. I'm so happy.
I was having issues with other vision centers. So I thought I would try Costco on Panama. The gentleman I spoke with was named Jimmy. Wow what a difference. Jimmy and his team explained to me all the options that I have when purchasing bifocals. Other locations did not do that . Also what’s nice as being a Costco member you get excellent prices for any type of glasses.
Panama optical team were amazing! Had a problem with my glasses. They were very helpful in resolving the issue. All super kind and patient.
Staff is nice for the most part but the guy called me 4+ hours after I was there to scold me for a mistake their team made
