I had the worst experience last week in the optical department. The physician was rude and inappropriate with me. When I would respond to the position every time he asked me a question he would flick me in the shoulder. And when I went to the management. They did nothing but but some generic apology. I don’t believe that it’s right that anybody has the right to put their hands on you so please be aware of that when you go in there.
My first visit to get my contact lenses Dr was very professional. I had many issues with the contacts. The staff gave me little help. After a month I had to got back. Dr was late, I felt pressure to put in the contact. I notice Dr was nothing compare the first visit. He got frustrated to see me trying to wear the contact. He acted different. Not recommend him. I am learning how to do it. I had to check you tube . I am 53 not a young person.
Even Walmart does better. I have never received such a terrible pair of glasses. There was absolutely no quality control. One bifocal was at 15, the other was at 13 and crooked. They were supposed to be at 16. Now, I will have to wait twice as long. Wish me luck!
I went with my parents on Saturday (8/8/15) to check prices for an eye exam and hopefully set up an appointment. My dad walked up to the receptionist to ask how much an exam was and she very rudely answered that it was too late yo do an exam and continued to do what she was doing. We left because she didn't help at all.
