Abraham was amazing, he did a fantastic job for us (even though our Valentino glasses were purchased elsewhere, we came here to service it) & we highly recommend this place for all of your optical needs.

I am beyond frustrated with the service here. I came in on Monday for an eye exam and was told they were fully booked. I understood and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday instead. However, when I showed up today (Wednesday), they told me I wasn't in the system and that "the appointment wasn't successfully booked." Why confirm a time with a customer if you aren't going to record it? This is completely unprofessional and a total waste of my time. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Sixto that works in the optical department is very helpful, and he he speaks Spanish too! I'm so glad he's available to help my family members that only speak Spanish get glasses. He's a huge plus to the department. Thanks Sixto!
My mother was able to get help with her hearing aids that needed cleaning. She was given a tool to help her clean them periodically.
I received eyeglasses with progressive lenses that are so out of range of my prescription, they are not usable. Unfortunately, I have to leave the area for six months and just discovered how bad they really are (I can't even read my computer screen!). When I called the eye doctor to let them know what was going on, and asked if I come back for a complimentary adjustment, they said they would have to charge me for a whole other eye exam. This is BS. I'm going to find a better eye doctor and never return to this vision center again. I suggest you don't go there either.
