Convenient even if you don't have a costco card cheap exams good quality glasses and the customer service okay the reason I give a 5 star is because of miss Lisa the lady miss Lisa is so nice so respectful unlike the other workers get overwhelmed and feel like they rush but miss Lisa is the best worker there she's very friendly very nice and takes her time with each customer thank you miss Lisa.

Doctor Dang was very good gave me a real good prescription I need special correction with prism lenses and the lenses only cost me $59 a very good price. Before seeing Doctor Dang I went to a optometrist on Aborn Road and they charged me $420 for the lenses and did not do a good job I will have replace the lenses I bought a few months ago. I Highly recommend Costco optical

The staff is helpful but their service is incredibly slow. No matter what time you go. I bought glasses from here and they broke in less than 6 months. I had to go and leave a couple of times after waiting for 30 mins. Third time is the charm I thought. And here I am waiting for over 45 mins even thought I made it a point to go early morning.

Tawn has consistently helped my family pick good glasses, made repairs immediately, and offer her honest advice. I always look forward to seeing her when I go to Costco. She’s really the best
